• Can not be exchanged for cash / money
• Even with this package you will have to book your sessions
• No refunds once session starts
• If you can no longer attend/use the package, there are no refunds after purchase. If necessary, purchase amount can be refunded as "account credit" and used for a different pass / offering as available. This will be managed on an individual basis.
