Radiant Glow MenoQigong

Awaken your mind, body, heart and spirit with Radiant Glow MenoQigong.  In this practice you will get grounded with the earth as you gather and cultivate life force energy, Qi.  In standing form you will experience the power of your feet, legs and hips to guide your flow of energy through slow, controlled and synchronized movements with your breath, while your upper body explores flexible movements extending and expanding for postural alignment.
Benefits
Qigong forms are known to calm the nervous system through slow, controlled movements synchronized with various breathing techniques.  These specific forms are intended to leave you feeling radiant by tapping into the flow of your own Qi, life force energy, through the state of relaxation and restoration, strength and consistency.

Student Level

All levels will benefit from this practice. No experience necessary. This practice is an energy cultivation practice of life force, Qi. Whether you are on a healing journey, or advanced in physical movement, this practice supports inner connection of mind, body, heart and spirit.

Strength & Condition Qigong

Integrate and fortify mind, body, heart and spirit with Strengthen & Condition Qigong.  In this practice you will navigate your life force energy, Qi, with emphasis on circulation and transmission of energy as you remain grounded. This unique sequence calls upon endurance, persistence and integration of breath in full body movements as you experience the power of your legs to drive your movements while your upper body provides a feminine balance to remain in harmony with strength.
Benefits
Qigong forms are known to calm the nervous system and bring hormone harmony through slow, controlled movements synchronized with various breathing techniques.  This however, does not negate the strengthening and conditioning aspects the practice can offer.
The specific forms curated in Strengthen and Condition are intended to move your life force energy Qi throughout the entire system encouraging cycles of muscle activation with relaxation, while remaining in a calm and serene energetic state.  This powerful practice simultaneously cultivates  and transmits energy for your wellbeing as you master breathing techniques with movement while still maintain regulation of breath and heartbeat.

Student Level

All levels are welcome for this practice. Beginners through advanced. This Practice has more advanced movements of Qigong, Tai Chi, and elements of Kung Fu for the purposes of training in strength and conditioning. Each form can be done in a range of beginner to more advanced techniques.

Dong Family Style Tai Chi

Dong Family Tai Chi is a meditative movement practice that trains the body to cultivate, circulate, and harmonize life force energy (Qi) while developing the ability to express trained power (jin) through relaxed, connected movement. Rooted in the Dong Family Style of Tai Chi, a derivative of the Yang tradition, this class emphasizes continuity, whole-body integration, and clarity of intent. The practice weaves together slow, deliberate forms with more expressive and dynamic movements, allowing students to experience both deep internal stillness and responsive flow.
Benefits
Physically, Tai Chi is a slow, weight-bearing, low-impact practice that builds strength through sustained postures, controlled transitions, and whole-body coordination. This supports balance, posture, joint health, flexibility, and bone density—without the strain or stress response associated with high-impact exercise.
The alternation between slow cultivation and expressive issuing teaches the body how to remain calm and centered even during dynamic movement. This ability—to hold stillness within motion—becomes a transferable skill, supporting resilience, clarity, and presence in daily life.
Student Level
All levels are welcome for this practice. Beginners through advanced.
