Awaken your mind, body, heart and spirit with Radiant Glow Slow-Flow MenoQigong. In this practice we focus on grounding with the earth through gathering life force energy, Qi, and cultivating a deep connection between mind, breath and body.

In standing form you will experience the power of your feet, legs and hips to guide your flow of energy through slow, controlled and synchronized movements with as upper body explores movements of gathering, extending, floating and sinking energies.

In slow-flow body movements we nourish the vagus nerve to support activation of the parasympathetic nervous system while stimulating organ function for improved sleep, digestion, mental calmness and clarity. Using the power of breath work as a steady conduit between the mind and the body you'll energize your vitality, rejuvenate a greater sense of wellbeing and finish with renewed radiance.

This practice is approximately 40 minutes long after opening introductions. All levels can enjoy this practice. Forms are easy to follow with minor guidance along the way. We begin with what I call the 9 Pearl Alignment as a way to open and lengthen the body which then leads us right into standing forms where we maintain a rooted connection with the earth to maximize the awareness of grounding energy and the relationship to Mother Earth.
